India Shipping

  1. At VOGUE VISTA APPAREL, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within approximately 3–4 working days from the date of order placement. You can expect to receive your order within 7–10 days of placing the order.

  2. We offer both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options for your convenience.
  3. Free shipping is valid only on prepaid orders. Please note that COD orders carry a shipping fee of ₹199, and prepaid orders are generally dispatched earlier than COD orders.
  4. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. If you reside in a metropolitan city, your order may arrive earlier compared to other areas.
  5. We may require additional verification or information before processing your order. We will contact you if your order, or any part of it, is cancelled, or if any additional information is required.
  6. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your account.
  7. Please note that refunds are not issued in cash or by cheque. Instead, we issue a store credit note, which can be used within the next 3 months.
  8. If no one is available at the specified address to receive the package, the courier company will contact you to arrange a suitable time for reattempting delivery. Please ensure that you are available to receive the package and coordinate with the delivery personnel on the day of delivery.

International Shipping

  1. At VOGUE VISTA APPAREL, we charge a flat international shipping fee of ₹4,000 or $42 on all international orders.

  2. We have tie-ups with Shiprocket and Skylark Shipping, and they deliver to a majority of postal codes in the US. The estimated delivery timeline may vary for each order. Typically, we take around 10–12 business days to dispatch international orders from India.
  3. Sometimes, delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, political disruptions, or strikes. We will keep you updated at every step.
  4. Orders shipped from our India delivery centre are sent on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means customers are not required to pay any additional duties or taxes at the time of delivery.
